We use WAVE system to make or receive payments and thus students will never be required to bring payment to trials or classes.
Our invoices are emailed directly to you using the email address you have written on your sign up form or registration form. Through that email, payment can be made online by clicking the ‘View and Pay’ button which also allows you to see the details of the invoice. You may pay by bank account, credit card or check.
As per our policy, classes are mostly PRE-PAID and paid for MONTHLY. Our system, excluding special circumstances, require students to inform their instructors of their next month’s schedule by the 25th of the current month. Following this, invoices will be sent out and will have a due date by the first week of the next month.
Please try to avoid the 8% late fee, applied if invoice payment is delayed without notice five days past its applied deadline.
